| A few weeks ago I bought an office chair from Jysk online store, and last week one of the wheels fell apart. I contacted their customer service department and after only two days I was receiving by mail a whole set of new wheels. They did not have the same wheels my chair had but they replaced them for a model that also fit. Thank you so much. | ||
