TELLOSCAR.COM is Canada's first major forum in English, for customers and clients to praise and applaud good customer service, and to show disapproval of bad customer service, that they have received from merchants, suppliers and service providers.

For Customers and Clients —

The site allows you to do the above, at no cost to yourself and under a separate user name. Our only requirement is that you register on the site in order that we can provide your contact details to the merchant or service provider that your comments were directed at, for their response. If a merchant or service provider is registered with us, you should have a response from them within a reasonable amount of time. Should they not be currently registered with us, we kindly ask you to contact them directly, telling them that you have placed a comment on TELLOSCAR.COM and that they have the ability to deal with this in an open forum by contacting us. In this instance, the only extra requirement on your part is for you to have their email or postal address. This free site is for your benefit, the consumer, and by assisting us with the above, we can provide this open forum for you and other customers, clients and consumers.

For Merchants, Suppliers and Service Providers —

TELLOSCAR.COM allows communication and interfacing with your customers and clients in respect of their praising or disapproving of the service provided to them. Once registered with us, you will be notified instanteously of a comment that has been placed on our site under your name by your customer or client, which will allow you to deal with it efficiently.
By registering with us, you will —

a) Receive via email a comment received under your name;
b) Receive the name and contact details of the customer or client who placed the comment on our site;
c) Be entitled to respond on our site to the comment;
