| My wife and I travelled from Hamilton to Kelowna in April 2008 via WestJet Airlines. The flight was good but when we retrieved our luggage and opened it we found that some cosmetics had been removed from one of the outer pockets of my wife's luggage. The total value was ~$20. I wrote an e mail to WestJet telling them of our loss and, to this day. have not received a reply. | ||
