|Told off on the phone|

|I called Virgin Mobile at the start of the month and informed them that due a vacation pay issue I would be late paying my bill for the month. The person I spoke to at the payment centre they informed me it would put on my account and but please make an attempt to pay asap.
Fast forward a few days. I get a call today from the same centre. I inform the lady that I spoke to a person earlier and informed them a note was put on my account. Her words were "ARE YOU PAYING US NOW OR NOT" I informed no did you not hear me. The reply I got back was "F**K YOU" and she hung up.
I called back a few mins later and asked to speak to another representive who I informed the entire situation. I informed her that I was called at 2:42pm EST and the situation today. She told me to hold as she was goin to check my file. A few moments later she informed me that I "MUST OF MADE THAT UP" Nobody called my account today and that only 4 ppl were working and her co-workers claim they did not phone. She also rudely informed me that I SHOULD BE AWARE THEY TAPE EVERY PHONE CALL, AND THAT SHE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORDING FOR THIS DATE, AND I PROBABLY DIDNT DIAL THE RIGHT NUMBER. When i told her Virgin Mobile phoned me, she was like yeah right. When i told her i did not need this service as a customer, and was goin most likely going to cancel my service with them, i was told GO AHEAD AND CANCEL IT.
What rude customer service and trust me Virgin Mobile has went from great customer service to the rudest people in a matter of no time
