Phone Plan changed without customers authorization

I have been a customer with Virgin Mobile for over 3 years now and have been on the same plan since the beginning. The other day I went to check my accounts balance and noticed that Virgin changed my plan without me knowing. I know get 50 minutes less per month then I previously had. Lately I have been going over each month and I didn't even realize it. When I called and told them I was unhappy they told me they couldn't do anything about it, I then said Im switching service providers and they told me that it was my choice.

I feel, after they told me that, that customer service is DEAD.
