I too have had a bad experience with this company. Long story short..... We have 3 orders placed from Feb 1, 2010 to March 1, 2010 with them, charged over $2500.00 and still no doors. Our first set of doors have been sitting in customs since March 3rd. After several calls made to the company and leaving messages, after messages, asking for help in locating our doors, and with no return calls, had to cancel our orders and find another door maker. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service, a local, and toll free phone# that feeds into 1 line, and only 1 person in the whole company to talk to. Bad Business!!!!!
