I ordered a wireless modem from my service provider on Jan 7th and was told it would be delivered on Jan 11th. I called on the 11th and was told that they lost the order and/or did not follow through on the order.

I was reassured that the person responsible would be reprimanded and told to wait until Jan 11th when it would arrive.

In fact, I called today and was told no one took any action whatsoever. The level of incompetence and ineptitude on the part of Primus customer service is mind boggling.

Now I have to wait potentially until next Monday, Jan 18th for a lousy wireless modem!!!

How stupid can a compnay be through the actions of its employees?
