Terrible Drive Thru Service

I know this may seem like a long complaint, but I am sure you guys can call all relate.

It never fails that whenever I go through the McDonald's Drive Thru at this location something always goes wrong. Here's a sample of what I've encountered so far.

- Whenever I drive up to the speaker, they take forever to say anything to you (up to 45 seconds or more). So I yell out "Hello", to get someones attention, then in a snarky voice he/she snaps back "One moment please".

Yes, I understand they are busy filling orders or getting change, whatever, but please as a courtesy to the customer, just say "one moment please" as soon as I drive up, and I will wait patiently for you.

- They must be hiring people with hearing disorders, because they always seem to get my orders wrong"

- I ask for cranberry muffin, go home and find carrot
- I ask for big mac meal, go home get mc chicken meal
- Ask for quarter pounder with NO CHEESE. I find cheese in it.

- But this one pisses me off the most. I will order something off the menu that is not very popular, (chicken fajitas). They take the order. I wait patiently, because of the huge line up of cars. Finally I get to the window only to get, "I'm sorry we don't have anymore fajitas, can I get you anything else". So I just waited 15 minutes in line for nothing. This has happened to me several times here.

I don't know if its bad management or bad training or a mixture of both, but I find this location, drive thru is the worst.
