| I stop at this store regularly, generally for a coffee and muffin before I go onto the highway. The quality -- or lack thereof -- of some of the staff is unbelievable.
I have left without getting service even though there were only three of us in the store. One had already been served and was waiting for an additional sandwich. Another had her order taken and was waiting for the food to come up....but the server couldn't handle me at the same time despite having nothing to do. Worse -- when a sandwich came up -- she gave it to the person whose order she had just taken instead of the person waiting. Other times, I have been given the wrong muffin which I don't realize until I'm in the car. How hard is it to grab the right muffin? Stop at this McDonalds at your own risk. | ||
