| As I read your complaint regarding wrong orders and lack of response at drive-thru and thought "Hey, this is exactly the problem I have had in the past and then looked to see what location he was complaining." Well to my chagrin what a surprise ! It is exactly the same location that I have not dealt with for a couple of years, WHY? because I kept having the same problems. This location is very close to my house and I had decided to never give them any business and have kept that decision. This location has always had problems, since the staff must have a fairly high turnover rate my only conclusion is that this incompetince comes all the way down from management. Actually they are so bad that I have not given any McDonalds any business due to this locations bad service, decided I can eat at other places that may want my business. | ||
