I flew from Toronto to Cuba on Canjet airlines which I would never recommend to anyone. On the way to Cuba, may 15, 2010 we were delayed at Pearson airport for 3 hours until we took off. On the way back from Cuba may 22, 2010 we were stuck in Cuba until 4:30 am the next morning. We were first told our flight would be delayed until 9:30 pm from 5:30 pm and then at 9:30 pm we were told there were problems with the aircraft and would be put up at a four star hotel until 2:30 am the next morning. The hotel was horrible and we had to get our baggage again and take the bus that they arranged to this hotel. i really felt sorry for the families with little children that had to go through this again. Apparently this happened before in Cuba in february but the company has done nothing to correct this situation of planes that are not in proper order for takeoff. i contacted the company three times but just received the same platitudes. Shame on them
