| Went to Bistro Grande last week with client. He asked about the daily specials. Waiter advised him the Chilean Sea Bass was the daily special. He ordered it. I paid the bill ... a whopping $39.95 for the special. Question - should the waiter have mentioned the price? You can imagine the shock on my face when the bill arrived ... I called the restaurant and was advised by the manager that he understood my situation and that he believed it is a better practice not to mention the cost of the specials if it appears that it is a business-type meal --- which this certainly was. | ||
